Good Ol college Days!!!

I hav been plannin to post this blog for the past 3 days or so by the time sv completed his blog on colls, but due to my recent sickness there has been certain latency in postin this.. but atlast its done.. i have thot long n hard for ritin this one this is dedicated to al my frnds in ECE A & B!!!

well certainly evrythin happnd over the past 4 yrs cant be got again by anyone of us, now evrybody s mindset after enterin jobs will lyk wish v had atlease one month of colls xtra!! life wud hav been better!! i dunno abt others but certainly my mindset is runnin along those lines.. but alas v cant hav it tats life.. atleast v can rewind n look @ things tat v did in 4 yrs al along.it wud b lyk a typical tamil movie havin plenty of masala n lots of life whic is wat s missin in professional life!! v cant go late to colls .. but v do always go late and bunk the class n sit in pump house ... now here in office v can go ne time v want to office but tat funda here s not ne more.. be it the team outin tat v go it can nver match the ivs tat v hav been to.. but ne ways it was a gr8 phase of life v had @ colls full of fun..fights.. gossips..most importantly unity!!!

before i start my blog i wil put a mail tat TG send me last month regardin the missin of xam season.. it was so good so i thot if i start ritin blog again i wil put tat one in my blog.. so i am startin my blog wit TG s quote!!

initially i thot of ritin al about my frnds n their pranks now tat sv has done it am gonna rite abt some of the interestin subjects tat v studied in our 4 yr venture .. to show how many bigger things v hav crossed in our life!!!

Al subjects r in chronological order!!

Programmin in c and cpp
ha!! i wil nver forget dis subj evn whn i bcum 99 yrs old!!! my first evr big time failure .. tat too in the first sem after enterin ece dept!! well the staff who handled us was absolutely brilliant..simply flawless.. his english bein d hilight!! cpp and DS were nver covered for us in the syllabus!! well it was not an eventful class for ne one of us, al of us were actually discoverin each other tat time..

Verdict : The Abyss!! (Atleast an abyss for me!!)

3rd sem Maths
This is wer fun started.. wel if u see the name board of this staff in maths dept it reads lyk dis after his name his deg reads lyk dis b.sc..m.sc.. dca..phd.. then two more degs whic i forgot, i think he cud hav mentioned 1st std..2nd std.. well he laid us the beautiful platform for us in fourier series, nearly 20 of the 50 in our class got 38 (Jst pass) ..wel the hi lite bein SV after sayin he wil get S grade :) !!

Verdict: Azhagan!! ( for those who dont knw tamil films sorry i cant help it)

Solid State ckts .. Electronic Switchin ckts(4th sem)..
Oscillations occured in blocking oscillator?? y?? if u think its a phrase used in class by a teacher its not.. its a qn which was asked in an internal xam.. tat qn surely brought laughter in xam.. well ssc also i wil remember for the fact i took d first mark in tat...:) i dunno how?? v surely got our electronic platform laid out wit those 2 subjects!!!

Verdict : Mrs.Doubtfire!!

Linear Integrated Ckts..
i am shure ne ece stud wil tel who s author of dis book!!! it was generally a chup chaap class wher in no one dares to open their mouth.. rascal s d word one hears whn he/she opens their mouthes in those class..

Verdict : Vaijayanthi IPS.. Revolver Rita..:)

Signals n Systems..
Simply the best classes i hav had in al 4 yrs.. sometimes one cant resist sleepin but most of the time it wil b really gr8..real good guy the staff he nver corrected d internals he gave us mark liberally in internals..

Verdict : Hare Rama!! Hare Krishna!!

Digital ckts n techniques..
wel the staff who handled had knwledge lyk no other but only drawbac s he cant make d class interestin.. tats wher d sub broke.. i nver listened to nethin in class thnx to digital guru sv i passed d sem but this happnd to my area of xpertise til final yr.. d staff was d gentlest i hav evr knwn.. but pras got him mad evn..

Verdict : The Matrix!!

ElectroMagnetics..
i dunno wat v hav learnt frm this sub @ the end of 4 yrs.. it was more similiar to lic classes wit addition of new rules lyk if u dont hav calculator u wil hav to get out of the class.. was hyped a problematic paper but d final xam was damn theoretical!!

Verdict : End of Days!!

AC..CSD..
i hope ppl wud hav got wat d subs mean i dont think u can forget dese 2 subjs, the staff handled the easiest part of first 2 units in class n left d tuf 3 units for us to handle!! habba idella pass aaradhuku romba kashta pataen..but am highly content bcoz i had good score but pradeep @ seeku got jus pass in those sub despite sayin he wil get gr8 grades.. remark has to b made abt RMN he shld hav had 8 arrears but i dunno hw he escaped wit 38 eight times..

Verdict : Marooned!! Cast Away!!

DC..
Ah the colorful sub, handled by the coolest teacher in our dept..hilite bein whole of our gang gettin caught in the day one of the DC class for doin some prank.. then the send offs will b really comic.. those who wer sent off d prev day wont b send d nxt day!! ppl affected most were seeku who was caught drawin somethin one day.. seeku often got bulbs in tat class

Verdict : 7/G Rainbow colony!!

Control systems..
if at al one staff had us in real control it was him!! another really good class wher in u hav a staff technically sound n good in interpretation for first time v had interactive sessions.. am his fav stud.. thnx to SV n co i was made to buy a text book very early in sem and was made to carry it almost evryday.. remarkable thing bein santhosh n RMN bein caught in internal xams wit kuruthas.. RMN bein lifted in single hand by him.. ha ha ha

Verdict : Walter Vetrivel!!

Computer Networks..
The funniest time v evr had was in dis class.. habba how many spl classes v hav attended in dis sub?? v hav seen 1000+ sheets in OHP in tat sem.. for first time v hav applied d concepts v learnt n invented new technologies like IEEE papanet.. v hav so many techs to name here !! al wud hav studied abt piggy backin but v hav seen it!! ha ha ha.. i feel for those who did prj under him

Verdict : Baby's Day out!!

This sub was sposed to b continuation of em and lyk antenna it dint hav enuf study material @ al.. i still dont remember a single unit i studied in tat.. the class was uneventful

Verdict : The Haunting!!

Operation Research..
usually some classes wil b interestin .. some borin.. but none of em were as irritatin as dis sub.. i can proudly say i nver listened to ne of the class whic happnd..if tats wat u call as class.. but my class gals wil b alert in tat class too.. hw abt tat.. but whn i studied tat one for xternals only i realised tat hw one can complex things!! the class paved d way for al obsi n record works. in tat thing v wer happy..

Verdict : Mr.Congeniality!!

ooh la la.. i made an remarkable discovery in very first class of tat sub .. whn asked for sources of light!! i said torch light.. n got warning..tambi place aiytomnu nenakadheenga.. remember ur seniors.. tat was first of as many encounters i had wit tat staff.. internal xams wer lyk gate xams no one can score can hi on tat .. luckily passed in tat sem.. wher in v hav had xceptional quotes frm d lecturer.. A const is not a const but its a constant.. Black is blacker than black..(wat d??)... unforgettable xperience..

DIP:
it comes in d likes of DSP n CS.. Staff havin both control over stuff..lang n class.. very interestin discussions not only frm technical persp.. but also many non techie stuffs.. surely had made an impact @ d EOD..

Verdict : Gentleman!!

Medical Electronics..
Another of those classes wer v had remarkable fun.. esp the staff joinin in the funda in teasin rv when his attendance went below saravanan.. he had to make sure d staff had to cum so as to prop his attendance.. Janda was d word tat time.. Really stuffy person n jovial to converse.. class to remember..

Verdict : Vasool Raja!!

VHDL..
if @ al whole class was united in one particular cause it was in vlsi.. full scale damage of a santhosh s relation tat s how v call him.. bcoz they two look alike.. No person got so much teasin as this person in perspective.. Wat a time tat was!!! Enna kanna naan solradu puriyudha??

TCS..
one thing i learnt in dis sub , the person who started al trend in telecom was an undertaker!!
other than tat it was a borin sub.. but some persons got hi scores in internal tat too my close frnds.. the funda in tat class was most of d time it was in first hour so v late raisers wil spend d most of d first hours in pumphouse the remarkable hi lite bein seeku gettin caught while peepin in d class to chk out whether staff has come!! seeku got so many bulbs in tat session!! habba oru valiya final xam la pass aiytom!! (remarkable history our seniors had)

Verdict : Kingkong Lives!!

Well well!! wat a journey it was.. wit d likes of AC..CSD..OFC..TCS..AWP.. ethana?? i really enjoyed ritin this one.. hope it brings a smile or two to those who read it.. i had tuf time creating verdicts for these 10 odd subs for more verdicts u can contact TG he has one caption for almost evry sub.. more on colls n stuff wil b comin soon again!!
